Our Story
Alman Hesabı was born from the 20 minutes a group of us once spent trying to split a dinner bill fairly in Istanbul. There had to be a better way. With a background in software, I saw the opportunity wasn't only bill-splitting — it was rethinking the whole ordering and payment experience in restaurants. I started by talking to owners and staff: payment errors, staff buried in bill math, and guests frustrated at checkout. Alman Hesabı is built to fix exactly that — order from the table by QR, split the bill fairly to the kuruş, and show the menu in the guest's language. We're now looking for our first restaurant partners, and we want to shape the product in real kitchens alongside the businesses that join early.
