By using the Alman Hesabı service, you agree to these terms of service. Please read carefully.
1. Service Description
Alman Hesabı is a SaaS platform that provides QR code-based digital ordering and split payment systems for restaurants. Our service enables guests to order at the table and pay for their own orders.
2. Account Creation and Use
To use our service: • You must be over 18 years old or a legal business representative • You must provide accurate and current information • You are responsible for account security • You must not share your username and password with others • You are responsible for all activities in your account
3. Acceptable Use
By using the service, you agree to: • Comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkey • Respect the rights of other users • Not misuse or damage the system • Not compromise service security • Not provide misleading or false information
4. Pricing and Payment
• Monthly subscription fees are specified on our pricing page • Payment processing fees apply separately • Invoices are issued monthly • Service may be suspended in case of non-payment • Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance
5. Service Level and Uptime
• We aim to provide service with a 99.9% uptime target • Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance • Unexpected outages are resolved as soon as possible • SLA guarantee is offered in the Enterprise plan
6. Data and Privacy
• We process your personal data within the framework of our Privacy Policy • We fully comply with KVKK • We take technical and administrative measures for data security • We support your right to data portability
7. Intellectual Property
• Platform, software, design, and content are the property of Alman Hesabı • You have the right to use during your license period • You may not copy, modify, or distribute source code • You may not use trademarks without permission
8. Termination
• You can cancel your subscription at any time • Service continues until the end of the current period after cancellation • Your account may be suspended or closed if you violate these terms • You can download your data within 90 days after termination
9. Limitation of Liability
Alman Hesabı, to the extent permitted by law: • Is not liable for indirect damages • Is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services • Does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Total liability is limited to the last 12 months' subscription fees
10. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be notified by email. If you continue to use the service after changes, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts and enforcement offices.
