Identity information when starting a paid subscription

When paid subscriptions become available, if the venue owner explicitly chooses to start a paid subscription, their actual national identity number is sent to the iyzico payment service during the subscription request. This number is not saved in the Alman Hesabı application database or application logs; it is used transiently to process that request. A national identity number is not required to create a free account.

3. Purposes of Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes: • Providing and improving our services • Processing payments securely • Providing customer support • Fulfilling legal obligations • Analyzing to improve service quality • Security and fraud prevention activities

4. Data Retention Period

Enabled contact-form submissions are encrypted and retained for up to 90 days; newsletter subscription records for up to 365 days. Contact us about retention and deletion of application account and venue records.

5. Data Security

The website uses HTTPS. Enabled contact and newsletter forms use security challenges, data validation and request limits. These form records are stored encrypted with AES-GCM. The application uses account authentication and venue access controls.

6. Data Sharing

We share your personal data with third parties only in the following cases: • With licensed payment institutions for payment processing • With official authorities as required by legal obligations • With service providers (cloud infrastructure, analytics services) in a limited and secure manner All data sharing is conducted within the framework of confidentiality agreements and KVKK provisions.

7. Your Rights Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights: • Learning whether your personal data is being processed • Requesting information if it has been processed • Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately • Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad • Requesting correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed • Requesting deletion or destruction under the conditions stipulated in KVKK • Requesting notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred • Objecting to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing processed data exclusively through automated systems • Claiming compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing

8. Cookies

Website preferences may be stored in your browser’s local storage. Page, call-to-action and campaign measurement uses no cookies, person identifiers or free-text query information. Only the page path, language, call-to-action and fixed source/campaign categories are sent; the server anonymizes IP addresses. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control choices stop this measurement.

Fixed source and campaign categories are retained in the tab’s session storage across internal navigation and expire when the tab session ends. When Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled, these categories are not stored and prior attribution is removed.
